In House Designing

Design

Everything Starts for Ulpia Rulmenti products at the design stage.

All Bearings are designed by our team of in-house Romanian Engineers only in conformance with Romanian Bearing Standards as well as we International Standards as follows:

• Ball Bearings design confirms to ISO 15 : 1998
• Taper Roller design bearings confirm to ISO 355: 2007
• Inch Size Bearings as per AFBMA 19 and BS 292
• Tolerances as per ISO 492:2002 and AFBMA B3-19
• Internal Clearance as per ISO 5753 and DIN 620/4
• Load ratings are confirming to ISO 281:2007 (Dynamic Load) and ISO 76:2006 (Static Load)

Detailed drawings of each and every product produced by us is created by us while keeping mind the latest technologies in bearing manufacturing.

Materials

• Ulpia Rulmenti bearings are made from only the best quality raw materials from approved vendors Steel used is High Chrome bearings steel JIS-SUJ2/ SAE 52100 / DIN 100 Cr6
• Material comply with Quality specifications as per ASTM-A295, E3 and E45 standards
• Surface hardness complies to ASTM – E19 and E112 standards

After Assembly Final Inspection

• Final Inspection and Packing is carried out at our newly built state of the art Inspection and R & D Center in the Freezone.
• All Incoming finished bearings are thoroughly checked before final packing.
• Latest inspection equipment's ensure precision consistency in the quality of our final product.

Quality Guarantee

Ulpia Rulmenti guarantee to repair or replace our products supplied for a period of twelve (12) calendar months commencing from the date of installation of the products or within a period of eighteen (18) calendar months commencing from the date of shipment of the product which ever is earlier or the part there of which have become unserviceable on account of defect in material or workmanship.
